Eight Suspected Yahoo Boys Arrested In Abuja
The Abuja Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, confirmed the arrest of eight suspected internet fraudsters on Thursday.
The suspects were identified as Usifo Mophy, Eze Richard, Abdulkadir Sadiq, and Emmanuel Joseph. Others are Tuoyo Kelvin, Joel Omojevwe, Joshua Omojevwe, and Oreva Omojevwe.
They were nabbed at EFAB Estate, Gwarimpa, and Federal Housing Authority Estate, Nyanya, following credible intelligence.
Over 10 phones, HP laptops, MacBook, two Toyota Camry cars, Mercedes Benz C300, and Lexus RX 350 were recovered from them.
The anti-graft agency added that the suspect will be charged in court as soon as the investigation is concluded.
