BREAKING: Federal High Court orders the reopening of AIT & Ray Power
Justice Ekwo Inyang of the Federal High Court Abuja has ordered the FG and DAAR Communications Plc to maintain status quo as the situation was as at Friday, May 31 when the processes were filed.
This ruling invalidates the announced suspension of DAAR’s operating licence by the DG of NBC Modibbo Kawu yesterday.
