“Beg FG or Die in Jail’ Prediction: Nnamdi Kanu’s Family Replies Primate Ayodele

The family of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has issued a stern warning to Primate Elijah Ayodele of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, urging him to cease disparaging their son in the name of prophecy and focus on his ministry instead.

The caution follows Ayodele’s recent prophetic declaration on Saturday, where he allegedly urged Kanu to “beg the Nigerian government or face death in jail.”

In response, Kanu’s family, through a statement by his younger brother Kanunta Kanu, criticized Ayodele for making provocative statements under the guise of prophecy. They urged the cleric to refrain from using their son’s name to gain attention and to respect the sanctity of their family’s ordeal.

“Stop deceiving gullible minds with purported prophecies that have nothing to do with God,” Kanunta Kanu asserted.

He further emphasized that Nnamdi Kanu was unjustly incarcerated for advocating justice and fair treatment for the Biafran people, and urged Ayodele to focus on his spiritual calling rather than making inflammatory remarks.
