German team RB Leipzig, have qualified for the UEFA Champions League semi-finals for the first time after beating Atletico Madrid by 2-1.
The German side had opened scoring in the 50th minute through Daniel Olmo, the Madrid side however, equalised via a penalty taken by Joao Felix in the 71st minute.
US international Tyler Adams scored the winner in 88th minute to put Leipzig through to the semi final where they would meet with the French Champions Paris Saint Germain.
Other Champions League fixtures have FC Barcelona meeting Bayern Munich, while Manchester City would slug it out with Lyon for the other semifinal slots.
