Lagos state governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has lifted the ban placed on religious gathering in the wake of Covid-19 in the state.
In his state wide broadcast made this saturday, Mosques are to open from Friday 7th of August 2020 while Churches will start services from Sunday 9th of August 2020, but the worship centres are to operate at 50 percent of their Capacities.
However Night clubs, cinemas and game centres are still under lock, but restaurants can now operate in- house dining at the maximum of 50 percent of their seating capacity.
Also, Secondary schools are to re-open for students in examination classes from Monday the 3rd of August with all NCDC covid 19 protocols in place.
