Ondo State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu Aketi, has terminated the appointments of all media aides previously assigned to the Deputy Governor’s office.
The affected individuals, whose appointments have been terminated with immediate effect, include Kenneth Odusola, who served as the Press Secretary to the Governor; Oladipupo Okunniga, who held the position of Special Assistant to the Governor (New Media); and Samson Abayomi Adefolalu, who served as the Special Assistant to the Governor (Photography).
Governor Akeredolu has directed these media aides to promptly return any government properties they possess to the Acting Permanent Secretary of the Deputy Governor’s Office.
Furthermore, as part of this restructuring, the Press Crew that was attached to the Deputy Governor’s office has been disbanded. This means that all members of the Press Crew are now required to return to their respective ministries and stations.
In response to this change, the Ministry of Information and Orientation has been instructed to ensure comprehensive coverage of the activities taking place in the Deputy Governor’s office moving forward.
